The Avo Syncro series was created for modern aficionados who enjoy a more adventurous, richly textured smoke. And the second release in the Syncro series, the Avo Syncro Nicaragua Fogata has quickly become a fan favorite, combining deep complexity and unique flavor with the trademark Avo smoothness. The Syncro Fogata features a mixture of Yamasa Viso, Piloto and San Vicente Ligero filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, along with lively Esteli Ligero and Condega Viso tobaccos from Nicaragua, which are all covered by a Mexican San Andres binder and Ecuadorian Habana 2000 Clara wrapper. Expect a medium-bodied experience offering spice, earth, wood, cream, leather, pepper and floral notes capped off by a malty finish. Fogata means “bonfire” or “campfire”, which plays off the idea that cigars are enjoyed best with friends gathered around a warming fire. A limited edition 6” x 54 Toro was released in 2018 for the Avo brand’s 30th Anniversary celebration.
