When Christian Eiroa of Camacho fame and Tom Lazuka set out to launch a new cigar for the modern cigar enthusiast, they spawned what has become a wildly popular Asylum label, which offers something for cigar lovers spanning the entire spectrum of experience and taste. And at the heart of the brand’s immense success is a series of rich and tasty Nicaraguan Puros, Asylum 13.

With well-aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan tobaccos hidden beneath a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, Asylum 13 offers up a highly entertaining medium-to-full bodied excursion loaded with complex notes of espresso, earth, cocoa, nuts and spice, along with hints of sweetness throughout a big finish.

This line helped refuel the oversized cigar craze with such giants as a box-pressed 7” x 70 and an 8” x 80 behemoth. Handmade in Nicaragua.
